mahina naman talaga mag defend si Sarah ng argumento, kaya mas okay na yang paulit ulit kesa mabasag na naman siya or mainis siya tulad nung sa senate

responsibility? saan mo nakuha yan? yung sinasabi mong responsibility is yung pag sagot sa mga tanong at sumagot na nga siya that she is giving the chance for house to decide without her defense, it is like saying I can't defend my proposed budget, lalo na't mahina naman siya mag argue
