Hello,

I've looked at both iPhone and Android there is no option to do a conference call? I can place 2 calls on hold with no problem, but no option to merge them or am I missing something?

Hello,

To initiate a conference call on both iPhone and Android devices, you typically need to follow these steps:

On iPhone:
1. Make a call to the first person you want to include in the conference call.
2. Once the first call is connected, you should see the option to "Add Call." Tap on it.
3. Dial the number of the second person you want to join the conference call with, and once connected, you should see the option to "Merge Calls." Tap on it to merge the calls and create a conference call.

On Android:
1. Make a call to the first person you want to include in the conference call.
2. Once the first call is connected, look for the option to "Add Call" or "Merge" depending on your device. Tap on it.
3. Dial the number of the second person you want to join the conference call with, and once connected, you should see the option to merge the calls and create a conference call.

If you are not seeing these options on your devices, it's possible that your carrier or specific phone model may have limitations or variations in the conference calling feature. You can also check your phone's user manual or contact your carrier for further assistance on how to set up a conference call on your specific device.

I hope this information helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
