Hello! It's completely normal to feel overwhelmed or uncertain when starting college, especially during your first year. It's a big transition from high school, and it's okay to feel a bit lost or unsure of yourself.

Feeling tired or lacking motivation at the beginning of the semester can be common, as you're adjusting to a new routine and workload. It's important to give yourself time to adapt and not be too hard on yourself.

Here are a few suggestions that might help you navigate this challenging time:

1. Give Yourself Time: Remember that adjusting to college life takes time. It's okay to feel a bit lost or unmotivated in the beginning. Give yourself some grace and allow yourself to gradually settle into your new routine.

2. Seek Support: Don't hesitate to reach out to your professors, classmates, or college counselors for support. They can offer guidance, resources, and advice to help you navigate your courses and any challenges you might be facing.

3. Explore Study Techniques: If you're finding your course difficult, try exploring different study techniques that might work better for you. This could include creating a study schedule, joining study groups, or seeking extra help from tutors or teaching assistants.

4. Set Realistic Goals: Break down your goals into smaller, manageable tasks. Setting realistic goals can help you stay motivated and focused, even when the workload seems overwhelming.

5. Take Care of Yourself: Remember to prioritize self-care. Make sure you're getting enough rest, eating well, and engaging in activities that help you relax and recharge. Taking care of your physical and mental well-being is crucial during this transition period.

6. Explore Your Interests: If you're feeling unsure about your course, take some time to explore your interests and passions. College is a great time to discover new things and figure out what you're truly passionate about.

Remember, it's okay to feel uncertain or overwhelmed at times. College is a journey, and it's normal to have ups and downs along the way. Take things one step at a time, and don't hesitate to seek support when you need it. You've got this!

Di lahat kaya mag-aral, kaya for me lang, tuloy lang.
