If you're not into gaming at kung browser based lang activity mo Chrome OS Flex ang ma recommend ko. Gamit namin sa office namin sa mga low specs pc and laptops. Just run it muna sa USB para ma test mo lahat kung working especially the sound tapos pag all good na pwede mo ng i-install permanently.

I believe for a personal computer everyone should be using Linux unless you want to use it for Gaming. For beginners i recommend linux mint or ubuntu (thats if you dont want to Distro hop in future. Thats my opinion btw
