Need some help!

Thank you in advance sa mga papansin at tutulong. 🤙

I'm sorry to hear about what happened to your sibling's phone. It's important to act quickly to secure their online accounts. Since the thief has access to your sibling's Facebook account and the verification codes are being sent to WhatsApp, it's crucial to take immediate action.

Here are some steps you can take to secure your sibling's Facebook account:

1. Change the Facebook password immediately to prevent further unauthorized access.
2. Remove any linked apps or services that the thief might have access to, such as WhatsApp.
3. Enable two-factor authentication on the Facebook account to add an extra layer of security.
4. Review the account's activity log to check for any suspicious actions taken by the thief.
5. Report the stolen phone to the authorities and your mobile service provider to block the device and prevent unauthorized use.

If you're having trouble removing WhatsApp from your sibling's Facebook account, you can try the following steps:

1. Go to the Facebook settings and look for the Apps section.
2. Find WhatsApp in the list of connected apps and click on it.
3. Look for an option to remove or disconnect WhatsApp from the Facebook account.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

If these steps don't work or if you need further assistance, you can reach out to Facebook's support team for help in securing the account and removing any unauthorized access.

I hope this information helps, and I wish you the best of luck in resolving this situation and securing your sibling's online accounts.
