The sovereign guarantee sa mga private contractors ng public housing approved by BBM to the amount of at least 1 TRILLION PESOS is a disaster waiting to happen.

Kaya sya nagbigay ng sovereign guarantee dahil mahina ang private investment sa low cost housing. Bakit mahina ang supply? Because hindi nga afford ng mga tao or the locations of low cost housing eh hindi attractive. In short, it is NOT profitable for them.

To resolve the supply side, ayun ng sovereign guarantee. But does it solve the demand side problems? NO.

Bakit ito delikado? The Filipino taxpayers will bear the risks of the private contractors. This 1 TRILLION PLUS sovereign guarantee doesn't need to be approved by Congress to be ρáíd because executive prerogative yan.

So kahit hindi bumenta ang mga low cost housing na itatayo sa 4PH ni BBM, the earnings of the private contractors are secured!
