so... ilan month di ako nakaka bayad ng net wala kasi ako sa bahay di ko rin na gagamit (5-6) now may pumunta na agent ng converge kinuha yun modem router ko legal ba yun ? ask lang po (sabi naman nya eh pwede naman ibalik yun modem basta full payment)

Monthly ang bayad niyan, regardless kung nagamit mo o hindi. Dapat disconnected ka lang, kasama yung modem sa binayaran mo nung nagpa-connect ka ng internet.
