In the aftermath of Ragnarok, the old gods lie vanquished, and chaos reigns as Revna, the fire giant, seizes control of Asgard. In Nine Realms: Revolt, players embark on a thrilling odyssey to unite the realms and overthrow Revna’s tyrannical rule. As Fjolnir, a young light elf, players journey through the remnants of Alfheim, rallying allies and preparing for a climactic battle against the fire giant. With a captivating campaign featuring 50 scenarios across diverse realms, each with its own unique story and challenges, players delve deep into a rich and immersive narrative experience.
As players progress through the campaign, they unlock over 135 cards, each representing a faction recruited on their journey. With the ability to create and save custom decks, players can tailor their strategies to suit the challenges they face. The gameplay in Nine Realms: Revolt combines elements of traditional card games like Magic: The Gathering with innovative dice mechanics, offering a fresh and engaging take on the deckbuilding genre. Divided into three lanes, each with its own units, banners, traps, and die, players must strategically deploy their resources to destroy their opponent’s banners while protecting their own.
Nine Realms: Revolt features five distinct factions, each with its own spells, units, and legendary cards. Players can combine up to three factions to create powerful and versatile decks. With the addition of traps, spells, and game-ending legendaries, every battle becomes a test of skill and strategy. In Draft Mode, players draft a deck of 40 cards and embark on a challenging journey to win six consecutive battles. With no room for error, Draft Mode offers a thrilling and intense gameplay experience that will keep players on the edge of their seats.
