PHPhilippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) chairman Alejandro Tengco on Tuesday said President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. gave a “positive” response to his idea of sparing special Business Process Outsourcing (BPOs) providing service to ga̾mbling firms from the order to shut down Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators.
