PHNaghahanap naman ako ng paraan pano o may procedure ba sa pagkuha sa DOH thru online kaso wala ako makita. Parang stamp lang yata yun na required lang sa pag papa apostille ng medical kapag may plan ka mag abroad. Nakakakuha ba certification in a day pag punta mo dun?
