⬛ GOMO Need help switch Globe to GOMO

i just ported in my number to switch to gomo. okay naman siya. problema lang, after switching, ni logout ako ng gomo sa app tas no signal na ang globe ko. now idk what ang process pero after inserting ang new sim card ni gomo, wala akong choice to use old sim and deretso register agad. now niregister ko ang new sim card ni gomo thinking na after non is pedeng mag switch within sa app pero wala parin! ano ba talaga ang correct process? eto nakalagay if i inquire about sa sim card ko if eligible to port. Please help

i cant really understand, walang option to switch although ang sim na binili ko is easy switch sim

tas ngayon wala na akong access sa old sim card ko dun lahat ng soc media accounts ko
