one way of making the pen drive bootable is that you use PowerISO or other similar programs

Agreed.. Requirement's are ISO of the OS of your choice and PowerISO for making a bootable flashdrive..

you can use wintoflash..kahit di naka iso ung installer mu pwede.
dapat updated din bios mu kc ung ibang pc or laptop na di updated ung bios hindi nadedetect ung bootable usb.

Meron din other way to make a pen drive to bootable device. Kaso hindi ko pa na try hehehe

What I know is Refresh and Reset

And this function is made for win8, win8.1 and win10

so if you are using Win7. Wala tong dalawang function nato.
