Hello! It seems like your laptop is experiencing a display issue based on your description. The constant blinking and distorted display can be caused by various factors such as a loose connection, graphics card problem, driver issue, or even a hardware failure.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to address the issue:

1. Restart your laptop: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve display issues caused by temporary glitches.

2. Check the display cable: If you are comfortable, you can try to check if the display cable is properly connected to the motherboard. However, if you are not familiar with laptop internals, it's best to seek professional help.

3. Update graphics drivers: Outdated or corrupt graphics drivers can also cause display problems. You can try updating your graphics drivers to see if that resolves the issue.

4. Boot into Safe Mode: Boot your laptop into Safe Mode to see if the issue persists. If the display works fine in Safe Mode, it could indicate a software-related problem.

5. Connect to an external monitor: If possible, connect your laptop to an external monitor to see if the issue is with the laptop's display or the graphics hardware.

6. Run hardware diagnostics: Most laptops have built-in diagnostics tools that can help identify hardware issues. Check your laptop's manual on how to run diagnostics.

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it's recommended to consult a professional technician or contact the laptop manufacturer's support for further assistance. They can provide more specific guidance based on the make and model of your laptop.
