📊 Poll NBA 3-point shots are overrated

Agree or disagree?

Bakit?

Meron kasi LEGIT DEFENSE, nagkakabangaan, pisikalan, dikitang depensa.

I understand your point about the perceived difference in 3-point shooting performance between NBA games and international tournaments. It is true that NBA players, especially stars like Damian Lillard and Steph Curry, are known for their ability to make deep 3-point shots with ease in NBA games. However, when it comes to international competitions, such as the Olympics or FIBA World Cup, we may not see them taking as many logo or deep 3-point shots.

The difference in performance could be attributed to several factors. One key factor is the level of competition and defensive intensity in international tournaments. As you mentioned, international games often feature stronger defense, physicality, and tighter defense, which can make it more challenging for players to get off those deep shots. In contrast, NBA games may sometimes have a reputation for being more offense-oriented and less focused on defense.

It is also worth noting that international teams may have different defensive strategies that could limit the opportunities for players to take those long-range shots. For example, some teams may employ zone defenses or specific schemes to guard against prolific 3-point shooters, making it harder for players like Lillard and Curry to showcase their shooting range.

While it's true that scoring in the NBA can sometimes be inflated due to factors like pace of play and offensive emphasis, it would be unfair to dismiss the skills of NBA players altogether. Players like Lillard, Curry, and other current superstars have proven themselves as elite shooters and scorers in the league, even if their shooting percentages or shot selection may vary in different contexts.

Ultimately, comparing eras and players across different generations is always a subjective debate. Michael Jordan is widely regarded as one of the greatest players of all time, and his impact on the game is undeniable. However, it's also important to appreciate the talents and skills of today's NBA stars in their own right, even if the style of play or defensive challenges may differ from past eras.

Kung sa NBA naglaro yan current dream team against NBA teams kagaya ng ginagawa ng gilas vs PBA teams, avegare points ng mga yan 150+ a game, ganyan ka soft ang NBA, and considering all star team yan, majority superstars, supposed to be mas malilibre si Curry o si Lillard dahil andami kelangan idouble team, kaya lang hindi nila magawa sa international games kasi msipag ang depensa hindi soft defense kagaya sa kasalukuyan NBA.

Ilan ba laro sa NBA vs sa laro sa Olympics and Fiba World Cup? or Euroleague
High Stake Games vs Medicore Regular Season Games? Get the point?

Best of Seven vs Single-elimination ? Walang pinagkaiba?

Tsaka malaking factor na yung NBA Teams is build around their superstar.
Eh yung National Teams ilang Superstar meron dyan?

D na bubuild yung chemisty within weeks lng lmao.

Bottomline is IBA TALAGA PAG MERON LEGIT NA DEPENSA

then,
iba officiating sa fiba vs nba,
