I have almost 400$ worth of crypto coins in my DEX account but I can't withdraw it because of the deposit limitation of 100$

Story: Someone from Iran and I traded something. He said I should create an account with an email on the site because of sanctions in his country we can't do Paypal. After this, the coins got into my account worth almost 400$. The problem arose when I tried to connect to an external wallet (Binance web3 qr)or withdraw using coins.ph. Conveniently there was a live support button. I had a conversation with support saying I should deposit 100$ to the account or 100$ in an external wallet.

New things I found: Iran bans vpn, They use russian ISP, They can't connect to anything outside with Iranian phone number.

Try mo iexplore usdt trx at BTC address mo at ipaste sa blockchain na website to see if nakarecord ba yan, laki 200plus dollars worth btc based sa screenshot mo.
