Meron din mga apps na mag-summarize (transcribe) ng voice to text from a video with narrative audio. Balik na lang kayo sa una to change the voice. Marami nyan na addons lang sa Chrome browser with decent trials.
Kung ang hanap nyo yung AI na gagawa ng generated content kahit sa isang silent video, medyo mahirap maghanap pa nyan. Ang least na alam kong paraan sa ngayon ay yung pictures/photos/images to story AI apps. Maraming libre nyan sa net. Search nyo na lang. Ang gagawin nyo ay mag-upload ng photos, tapos kayo yung maglalagay ng plots through prompts sa inyong gagawing istorya. Tapos yung AI na ang bahala sa pag-generate ng kwento. Ituloy nyo yung prompting at uploading ng pics para alam ng AI kung papaano nyo maniobrahin yung kwento hanggang matapos. Pag nakuha nyo na yung full story, balik kayo sa una to convert the story to audio.
Maraming GPT na may vision feature like GPT-4o. Kahit yang free Bing ay GPT-4o na rin. Test nyo. Mag-upload kayo ng pic sa isang video clip (cropped frame), say galing sa Cαиνα, or from any favorite video editor sa Bing. Then ask Bing (or any GPT of your choice) how you want the story to start (plot1). Next, instruct Bing to continue the story using your next pic, and plot2 prompt, and so on. Kung mataas yung context window ng GPT o LLM na gamit ninyo, kayo na lang yung maglagay ng prompt kung ano yung gusto ninyong mangyari sa kwento sa inyong pag-view ng whole video para synchronized yung narration hanggang sa huli sa isang bagsak. Test nyo kung ano yung maganda. Trial and error talaga. Kayo na lang yung mag-consolidate ng mahabang pag-uusap para matapos nyo yung inyong narrative video. Ang caveats lang ay kung papaano ninyo i-edit yung video with your resulting story lalo pa kung magkaiba sila ng total time. Ito yung pinakamadaling paraan to do it. Susunod naman ang AI pag eksakto yung prompts ninyo even without a pic to base on. Marami na akong nagawang mga kwento na tatagal ng 20-50 chapters by just prompting using Bing (shorts) and Gemini (long) using my free account para sa anak ko.
Makuha nyo lang yung proseso, madali na yan sa huli. Hanap kayo ng TTS sites na merong emotions yung voices like Elevenlabs, voicegen.org, cloudtts.com na similar sa free Edge browser TTS as examples.

Merong pang-text, image(transcription, generation..., audio(transctiption, generation...), video(vision, generation...)... kaya ikaw yung maghahanap ng nyan in single or mixed features depende sa model released sa mga AI providers like OpenAI, Claude, Groq, google, atbp.
