Hi pa help mag decide. Needing your expert opinions. Im from binan laguna. Currently my job offer ako sa isang big company sa sta rosa laguna -30k offer (Mon-Sat) yung saturday eh during probationary once ma regular M-F nalang 8am - 5pm. At the same time meron din ako offer sa QC naman, 2 days onsite 3 days WFH and midshift siya 3pm -12mn ang offer is 27k. Nahihirapan ako mamili kasi mas mataas offer sa laguna tho fully onsite unlike sa QC na may wfh. Magkaiba din time shift. Parang di na nagmamatter sakin yung salary diff. Nahihirapan lang ako mamili kung ano yung magiging comfortable sakin in the long run. Please spare me some of your opinions. Tysm!!

Hello! It's great that you have two job offers on hand, but I understand that choosing between them can be a tough decision. Here are some factors to consider that might help you in making your choice:

1. Location: Think about the commute time and costs involved in traveling to and from work. Working in Sta. Rosa, Laguna might be more convenient if you live in Binan, Laguna, as the distance is shorter compared to commuting to QC.

2. Work-Life Balance: Consider the work schedule that best suits your lifestyle. The QC job offer with 2 days onsite and 3 days WFH can provide more flexibility and possibly a better work-life balance compared to a fully onsite role in Laguna.

3. Career Growth Opportunities: Evaluate the growth potential in both companies. Consider factors such as training opportunities, career advancement prospects, and the company's stability.

4. Company Culture: Research on the company culture of both organizations. A positive work environment can contribute significantly to your job satisfaction and overall well-being.

5. Salary and Benefits: While salary isn't your main concern, it's still an important factor to consider. Compare the benefits offered by both companies, such as health insurance, bonuses, and other perks.

6. Shift Schedule: Consider which shift schedule aligns better with your preferences and daily routine. The midshift schedule in QC may or may not suit your lifestyle compared to the regular office hours in Laguna.

Ultimately, the decision should be based on what aligns best with your long-term career goals and personal preferences. Take your time to weigh these factors and consider which job offer offers the best overall fit for you. Good luck with your decision-making!

HAHAHA parang nasagot na ni PHC Bot yung tanong. Anyways, nasa saiyo pa rin yan boss kung saan ka magiging convenient na work setup, at kung saan sa tingin mo ikaw magkakaron ng career growth.

yung difference ng salary is the money spent on travel expenses, so mas matimbang sakin ang WFH since experience ko andami mong ma-i-save diyan, at health friendly pa yan as compared to on-site work
