PHJUST IN: Davao City Police Officer-in-charge Colonel Lito Patay, who just assumed his post early today, was relieved of his position this afternoon by the PNP higher authorities. This is another shake-up in the Davao City Police Office as 19 station commanders were replaced last Monday.
Assuming the DCPO director post as OIC is Col. Sherwin Butil, the chief of the Regional Information and Communication Technology Management Division (R10), according to PRO XI spokesperson, Police Major Catherine Dela Rey.
