❓ Help Windows 11 24H2 ditches AC-3 codec (Dolby Digital)

AC-3 Audio will no longer work on this release of 24H2. This will also effect people that who have cable boxes for their PC's. To enable it, you need to install AnWav. Run AnWave.exe and then Menu > Tools > Windows Key-Pointe. Click Install AC-3 Decoder MFT and Install AC-3 Encoder MFT button and thats it. You will have AC-3 audio codec again on Windows !! 24H2.

You're welcome! Glad to help! I thought something war wrong with my cablebox for my PC at first until I realise that It was the AC-3 codec was missing. Thanks to AnWave, I was able to solve the problem.
