The actual spox of the @coastguardph Rear Admiral Armand Balilo is putting his suborinate Jay Tarriela in his proper place, and practically telling us that Tarriela is a liar.

Tarriela has been shamelessly parroting the US narrative in the South China Sea, and is clearly doing propaganda work, under the clever guise of patriotism.

But it seems his fellow officers in the PCG have had enough.
