Hello! I understand your concerns regarding your PhilHealth application for ID purposes and the missed contributions. Let me address your questions one by one:

1. Missed Contributions: If you were not able to make contributions to PhilHealth because you did not end up working, you do not need to pay for the missed contributions. Contributions are typically made by employed individuals or voluntary members. If you did not work, then you are not required to pay any contributions.

2. Payment for Missed Contributions: Since you are currently a student and do not have the means to pay the PhilHealth contribution fee, you do not have to worry about paying a large sum for missed contributions. As for the monthly contribution amount, it is currently set at Php 500. If this amount is too high for you, I would recommend reaching out to PhilHealth directly to inquire about any available payment options or if there are any programs for students.

3. Membership Termination: If you are unable to pay the contributions and do not wish to continue your PhilHealth membership, you may opt to have your membership terminated. This way, you will not accumulate any outstanding debts or contributions. You can contact PhilHealth to properly process the termination of your membership.

I hope this clarifies your concerns. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.
