Hello! It's unfortunate to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Realme C55 after a recent software update. Here are a few steps you can try to potentially resolve the battery drain and sound issues you are facing:

1. Restart Your Phone: Sometimes, a simple restart can help resolve minor software glitches that may have occurred after an update.

2. Check Battery Usage: Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Usage to see which apps are consuming the most power. You can force stop or uninstall any apps that seem to be draining your battery excessively.

3. Clear Cache Partition: You can try clearing the cache partition on your device. To do this, turn off your phone, then press and hold the Power and Volume Up buttons simultaneously until the Realme logo appears. Use the volume buttons to navigate to "Wipe data" or "Wipe cache partition" and select it with the Power button.

4. Reset App Preferences: Go to Settings > Apps > Menu (three dots) > Reset App Preferences. This will reset all app preferences, including app permissions.

5. Check Bluetooth Settings: Make sure that your Bluetooth settings are optimized. You can try unpairing and repairing your Bluetooth devices to see if that helps with the sound quality.

6. Factory Reset: If the issues persist, you can consider performing a factory reset on your device. Make sure to back up your important data before proceeding with a factory reset.

If none of the above steps resolve the issues you are facing, I recommend reaching out to Realme customer support or visiting a service center for further assistance. They may be able to provide more specific solutions or investigate if the software update has caused any compatibility issues with your device.
