ok namn po ung pc ko then one time pag open ko ganyan na lumabas nawala na ung mga files saka pg kini clik ung windows o kahit ano sa screen nag white screen lang sya

try mo muna iboot sa safe mode. check mo kung me mga drivers na missing. pag no issue try to reboot normal
