My account was häçked. Can someone help me out? June 15 was the last time I opened my account, that was past 12:00 AM and when I was trying to open it at midnight, almost June 16th, there was this thing that popped out, asking me for a code to log on to a new device and I was confused coz the email where they've sent the code isn't mine and it isn't even a google account, it was different, fmailnex. After that, I immediately went to the contact support to complain that my account was häçked by some booger and they gave me a thing like a survey then within the survey, they're looking for details about my account like when did I create the account and when is the time that I got my first top up and I don't have the exact date to give with both of those things but I can remember the month and the year so after I submit the survey, few hours after that, they declined my appeal. IDK what to do now but mind u, naka bind pa din yung facebook and gmail ko to the account but IDK wth is happening. I'm DOOMED
