Sana May Video Man Lang

Ok, let me get this straight.

A combined overwhelming force of the PNP and perhaps the AFP simultaneously served the warrant of arrest for Pastor Quiboloy and five others in four separate locations, three in Davao and one in Sarangani.

Result? Not one arrest was made.

On Monday 17 June personnel from the Chinese Coast Guard — a civilian unit —boarded a Philippine Navy Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat near Ayungin.

Walang putukan na naganap at suntukan lang daw injuring half a dozen of — take note — the PH Navy Special Operations Group or NAVSOG the equivalent of the US Navy’s SEALS Sea Air Land Special Operations Group.

Result? The Philippine military personnel lost the fight to the Chinese civilian force with the latter confiscating the firearms of our legendary NAVSOG.

Ngayon alam nyo na bakit walang bidyow? Kasi natalo tayo sa suntukan at na disarmahan pa. Nakakahiya.

K. Bow. 😭😭😭

We cannot declare full sovereignty in the WPS as that would, of course, be against international law. So, what we are trying to do is assert our rights and jurisdiction in the area, which is the proper framework in legal terms.
so Pinas lang ang pwede mag assert ng rights and jurisdiction? si China hindi?

Does China have the rights and jurisdiction over our EEZ?

Pero anung sabi nung arbitration ruling nga???
Based on the 2016 arbitration ruling regarding the dispute in the South China Sea by the Philippines against China, where the tribunal decided that the claims of China over the "nine-dash line" and its supposed historical rights over that body of water are without legal basis under UNCLOS. They ruled such claims to be invalid.

It then went on to find that other features, such as the Scarborough Shoal, Mischief Reef, and Second Thomas Shoal, do not create exclusive economic zones or continental shelves as a result of their classification as low-tide elevations or, in any case, are not capable of accommodating human habitation.

They found that China had unlawfully interfered with Philippine fishing and mineral exploration activities inside the Philippines' EEZ. It also found that China's land reclamation and construction of artificial islands had caused severe harm to the marine environment. It has also found that Mischief Reef and Second Thomas Shoal lie within the EEZ and continental shelf of the Philippines. The Tribunal is of the view that China's construction of artificial islands in both locations, with no authorization from the Philippines, is îllégâl.
