💡 Trivia Necessary Precaution or Excessive Force?

The recent attempt to arrest Pastor Apollo Quiboloy has stirred up quite the controversy, with figures like former President Duterte, Vice President Duterte, and their allies, including Senators Padilla and Marcos, claiming Quiboloy is being treated unfairly. But let's take a closer look at the facts before jumping to conclusions.

1. Quiboloy himself has said, “I will not be caught alive,” which should raise some red flags. So, when the Philippine National Police (PNP) showed up with SWAT teams, helicopters, and the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG), they were doing what was necessary to handle a potentially dangerous situation.

First off, Rappler reported that Quiboloy has a seriously pricey gun collection, worth around 2.3 million pesos. And that's just the registered stuff. Imagine what else might be out there.

2. Then there’s the Senate Committee hearing, where a landscaper from Glory Mountain testified that Duterte and his VP daughter received "bags of guns" from Quiboloy. Quiboloy didn't show up to deny these claims, which adds another layer to why the PNP was on high alert.

And just look at the firearms that Quiboloy's group surrendered:

  • Rifles: RMTON .22LR/22MAG, ELISC 5.56, RMTON .300WIN
  • Shotguns: DAEW 12 gauge
  • Handguns: ARMSCOR 9mm, SWSN .38 Revolver, TRUS 9mm, CZ 9mm, FNH Cal. 5.7, COLT Cal. 380, GLCK 9mm, COLT .45, PARAO .45, WLTHR .22, PMS 9mm, METRILLO 9mm, TAURUS .38SUPER Revolver, METRIL .357, STRYV .45
  • Ammunition: Fourteen 9mm live rounds and two CZ pistol magazines
Given the massive arsenal involved, it's no wonder the police took extra precautions. Anyone can see that these measures were necessary to keep everyone safe.

While some political figures may try to paint Quiboloy as a victim, the facts suggest that the PNP was simply doing their job to ensure public safety. It's important for everyone to understand the real dangers and support law enforcement when they take steps to protect us.

haha courts pa din ang official boss, PNP na mismo nag sabi na walang private army si quiboloy kaya useless ang alleged facts mo
