alam ko may bawas yun if ganun,
itatawag mo sya sa billing cus. service para ma pa reimburse yung di na render na araw
kasi ganyan din nangyari samin dati eh, di nakapag bayad agad
If "restriction of service due to non-payment", hindi applicable ang reimbursement (or in billing terminology, 'billing adjustments').
The only scenario that billing adjustments/rebates is applicable is when the ISP "fails to provide service". Examples of this are service interruptions (maintenance), LOS, nasagi ng sasakyan yung physical wire niya kaya nawalan kayo ng interne....and others.
But "restriction of service due to non-payment" is hindi sakop niyan since responsibilidad natin yan na bayaran, yan ang pinirmahan nating kontrata.
And as for the original question kung required ba ninyo bayaran ang hindi niyo nagamit na service from the date of your restriction to the date of the reconnection, the answer is a YES.
You should be aware that a
"postpaid service" is not a metered service like electricity and water. May lock-in period at contract yan so fixed ang billing mo every month. Now, kung hindi mo binayaran ang past month, mag-a-accrue yan, meaning papatong at papatong ang mga monthly bills mo, to the point na mas mahihirapan ka nang bayaran dahil sa lumobo na ng lumobo at umabot na ng ng 5 digits yung "utang" mo (which you are required to pay kahit restricted service ka and/or permanently disconnected ka na kay Converge and/or any ISP for that matter).
Another thing, binasa niyo po ba ang subscription agreement at Terms and Conditions ni Converge bago kayo tuluyang pumirma and/or nag-apply for a
"postpaid plan"?
ganito kasi yan due date namin is 20 tapos kung hindi makabayad hanggang 25 e ma cucut-off internet namin. Ngayon hindi kami naka bayad so na cutoff. pero na reconnect pag bayad namin sa 31. Ngayon diba hindi namin nagamit ang internet ng 6 days pero bakit pagka next month is same padin due date which is 20 diba dapat 31 kasi 31 kami nagbayad
The due is fixed depende sa kung kelan ka nakabitan, hindi kung kelan ka huling nagbayad. May transmutation table yan, ask Converge's CSR para sa transmutation table kung paano naging 'every 20th of the month' ang due date mo. All Converge's subscribers have the same transmutation tables of due date sa buong Pinas. So sila lang ang alam kong ISP na iisa lang ang sinusunod na due date. Kay PLDT kasi (which I also am a subscriber) ay magkakaiba depende sa area at kung kelan ka eksaktong nakabitan.
