Error lang ba to sa site or app? or sadyang di lang pwede i-online banking yung account ko. Btw for payroll kase yung mydebit mastercard ko, I guess yon ang dahilan?
Anyways, if naencounter mo na yung error na ito and nagkaron ng solution, pls help me. Thanks.

UPDATE: Nagpunta ako sa branch ng RCBC dala-dala ang aking Valid ID and upon checking on my account, naka "NO" pala ang online banking. Then they give me form na pipirmahan to change it. They will email you and need to reply "YES" para maverify. And wait for the email confirming na pwede ka na mag online banking. Next step is gawa ka na account using the app, then okay na. Nice. The process only took me less than 15 minutes.
