❓ Help Gif Profile Picture Ph Corner

Hi po. Sa mga may alam po paano mag gif profile pic sa phc? Nag try kasi ako ulit palitan pero ayaw dahil too big po yung size, nag try narin po ako mag 400x400 pero ayaw pa rin.

May mga ibang apps/sites po ba na tools na pwede gamitin para magka gif profile pic? Or saan po pwede kumuha ng gif na pwede here sa PH Corner.
