I give you two options:
A. Fix the icons
some of the instructions are misleading causing icons not sync.
to fix that:
1. copy the ico folder
2. paste it to C:\WINDOWS (wag sa system32)
3. restart

Comment back na lang.

B. Delete mo na lang registry niya paps.

1. win+r type regedit
2. HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground\Shell\GhostMode
3. Delete and its subkeys
4. Restart.

Done

To make Godmode availale, just create a folder on the desktop tas name it as
GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
(copy all mo ang 2nd line ng comment na to then press enter
then try Godmode again
