So much for inclusivity. How pathetic is this movement can be? And many are simping with this kind of movement. Oh I get it, they are bandwagons.

Lol! have you seen the video? A parent of a kindergarten sued for this shit? Who have the right to your own child?
actually the parents are the ones choosing the correct school for their child kaya no one is forcing to enroll anyone to any school

Halatang di mo talaga binasa or nag watch sa video. The school did not post their curriculum even online or even in the school discrict kaya nga the parent questioned anong mga tinuturo nila. The parent has all the right in the world to question the school board. The school even told to "submit a public record request" for the curriculum and ask questions but after that they sued her.

See? How ironic you can be.

nope, the school is not required to post anything, for advertisement purposes the school can post like their own curriculum to entice enrollees but there is no law requiring to post the curriculum, they are only required that the curriculum must be approved by the regulatory agency and not by the parents

Your swaying your reply to the very point that. Parents have the right to ask or question what the school curriculum is. Kaya nga nag submit for according sa required the school yet in irony they file a sue. But they suggested that.

yup parents can inquire but they can't require, and also inquiry is done for the parents to weigh the advantages of a particular school before they decide to enroll

Lol! Di mo gets eh. Nag inquire nga, then the school suggested on how to have the curriculum. They say to "submit a public record request" para makita ang curriculum. But when the parents submit the said request they sued her just by wanting to know what they are teaching.

For context lang kasi misleading ung OP… ung mga request nung Solas was about 200 requests… not just about g’the curriculum about gender theory and CRT.. but also emails between teachers and other personnel… she was not sued directly as far as ive read. A certain organization or union i think sued the school district about what kind of information they can disclose sa mga nagrerequest. Basically kung ang request eh not public records eh they should not be disclosed. Kung ang request lang eh for a school curriculum or any public record then whoever is requesting it should be granted that request.

nice nagkakaroon na ng pangil ang mga anti-homophobic laws
Its not about homophobia at all… about yan sa access sa public records.. and to be precise kung aling records ang pd i access or not ng public

hehe it's just implied boss by questioning about teaching gender

the mother is obviously after the gender teaching, so the board can actually sue her under homophobia pa rin

Nope pa din.. i explained the context based on what ive read.

And even sa short clip hindi din implied ang anything homophobic kasi she was asking if “gender theory” is part ng curriculum.. walang mention na she was against or in favor of it…wala ding mention na she was sued sa grounds ng pagiging homophobe… kung gusto mo basehan ang clip na yan lng..

The only thing implied jan is that the woman was apparently sued for asking for information na she was instructed to do..

Ur reading too much into it kagaya ni TS

of all the topics that can be included in the curriculum yun talaga i-specify niya bossing? i really don't think she just want to know about the curriculum, she actually wants to check on a specific topic within the curriculum, wag niyo palabasing generic inquiry lang yan kasi obvious naman na apaka specific ng topic na hanap niya

Like i said.. sa clip na yan it might seem that way.. pero kung iresearch mo yang case na yan.. ung 200 requests ni Solas was not all about gender theory.. its about CRT.. about email conversations ng ilang years etc… you dont have to think na she just wants to know about the curriculum kasi nga sinabi ko na its more than that. Yang clip lang yan ang nagpalabas na its about a simple inquiry about a curriculum but ulitin ko na the lawsuit was more than just that.

I can be wrong sa ibang details but im pretty sure its more than just that short clip ni TS
