Truth To Be Told

I find it difficult to understand why the sinophobic mob, and that includes the President, can't understand that the UN Convention on THE LAW OF THE SEA, is. as its name emphasizes, deals with rights over maritime areas (EEZ, territorial sea etc.) and NOT WITH nations' sovereignty. Such conflicting sovereign claims can be solved only through negotiations and the agreement of TWO countries to let a third body decide on it.

Aquino III however conflated the issue, not for the truth but for propaganda that is easily believed by the gullible.
