Itong phone ko kase sira ang battery.
(Kwento ko lang with details para clear)

Explain ko muna yung history. First week ng February (2024) nag rerestart mag isa yung cp ko and medyo madali ma drain.

(Fast Forward. May 2024 and Now)

1. Ibalik yung original battery and ipa ano yung fuse? Idk what's the correct term. Nakita ko yung thread na to eh same sa problem ko dati.
Infinix hot 11s auto restart

2. Replace new battery again😞

Hello! I'm sorry to hear about the battery issues you're experiencing with your phone. Based on the detailed history you provided, it seems like you've already gone through the process of replacing the battery once, but are still facing rapid battery drainage issues.

Considering your options, here are some recommendations:

1. Investigate the Battery Issue: Since you mentioned that the new battery replacement didn't fully resolve the problem and you're facing fast battery drainage, it might be worth looking into other potential causes of the issue. It could be related to the phone's software, settings, or even hardware components other than the battery.

2. Consult a Technician: If you're comfortable doing so, you could consider consulting a technician or bringing your phone to a reputable repair shop to have it thoroughly checked. They can diagnose the root cause of the battery drainage problem and provide you with specific recommendations for resolving it.

3. Consider a Second Battery Replacement: If the technician confirms that the current battery is faulty or if it's a known issue with the model, you might need to consider replacing the battery again with a new one. Make sure to source a high-quality battery to avoid future issues.

4. Address the Dent on the Phone: The dent on the back of your phone may or may not be related to the battery issue. If you suspect that it might be causing any internal damage or affecting the battery, it's best to have it inspected by a professional along with the battery issue.

In summary, it's essential to thoroughly investigate the root cause of the battery drainage problem and take appropriate steps to address it. Seeking advice from a technician or repair specialist can help you make an informed decision on the best course of action to ensure your phone's optimal performance. Good luck with resolving the issue, and I hope your phone gets back to its full functionality soon!
