Mga boss na expert dyan pa help nmn ako. Itong laptop na gamit ko nung una ko nabili gumagana lhat ng games even dota 2 na nka high settings walang problema. Since nag corrupt ung OS at napalitan ng bagong OS. Tingin ko hindi na nag wowork ng maayos ung laptop specially sa graphics kasi simula ng nareformat hindi nako mkpag laro ng dota 2 nag ffreeze na sya sa lobby pa lng. Any suggestion mga boss? hula ko dn kasi may tama or sira na ung graphic card. Baka may mka tulong kung ano gagawin. Thanks in advance mga boss.

kunin mo po yung specific na driver for your laptop`s model po. sometimes po, meron po kasing changes sa OEM drivers compared sa original manufacturer. pag wala po, pwede nyo din po e-download yung nvidia drivers.

madalas boss sa work ko mga ms word at excel lng nka open. nka aircon nmn office nmin actually after ma reformat advice ng technician na bka may damage nga daw ung hardware then nung inopen nila tuyo na sya. siguro sa pag katuyo ng thermal paste kya na damage if ayon nga cause wla na ata chance maayos ito. After ko kasi nabili ito hindi ko pa naoopen ung loob nito lately lng after mag corrupt ng OS. saka nasabi dn ng tech na hindi daw maganda ang NITRO 5 if mag damag naglalaro. tugma nga sa sinabi mo boss.

highly, as in highly recommend ko na update mo muna lahat ng drivers, kase pati mga io controller, sata controller etc... lahat yan naka stock driver lang, recommned ko drivereasy app , hanap ka nalang cr@cked ver.

install ka ng NVIDIA GEforce Experience
para sya na mag hahanap ng compatible driver para sa gpu mo
baka kase mali ka ng nadldl, kase minsan yung driver ng gtx 1650 ti is iba sa driver ng GTX 1650 ti mobile

Kapag crack os mo, hindi susuplyan ni microsoft ng tamang driver that works well on the os version na gamt mo. Hindi din magiging equal yung registry files and bin files including system files mo to run and execute data system for the specific program kung hindi sya legit. Countermeasure for piracy yan at patuloy pa nagiimprove such as BSOD sa mga crack, fake os at moded os na gamit. nakipagpartner na sila sa mga App devs and companies and browser companies to place a reader ng mga files na nasabi ko, at ibang files pa na irerequire nila to be read once nirun mo yung App, or browser. Kung di nila mahanap yung specific file na un sa recent update i BSOD nya pc mo a good solution kasi lahat ng crack naka halt ang updates or naka block updates kasi masisira yung Crack at madedetect na windows is not activated. then use DDU clean mo lahat ng driver using DDU
then NVIDIA, AMD and Standard WINDOWS Drivers i clear mo using DDU
after that. Try a clean install ulit. make sure yung ISO galing mismo sa microsoft website.
then susunod is hayaan mo auto update. If nireformat mo pc mo at bayad os mo kahit ilang reformat mo pa dyan activated yan tulad ng binibigay ko sa services ko.
After mag update ng kusa it should work normally.

otherwise yung unang os mo ang ginagawa is to suppress Graphics card updates para manatiling gumagana. If nabili mo sya secondhand hidden issue tawag dyan., If ikaw naman mismo bumili sa shop it means meron issue yung pc mo. U need to have it checked by a tech like us. May proper tools na gamit dyan kung nagawa mo na lahat ng BASIC T/S

branded ko nabili ito boss sa gilmore mga 2020 kasagsagan ng pandemic pa un pero medyo maluwag na quarantine kya nkalalabas ako nun pra bumili.. itong taon lng nagkaka problema hindi ko dn kasi alm na natutuyo pla ung thermal paste kasi nung pinalinis ko sya nakita nmin na tuyo na sya.. nasanay kasi ako sa desktop and yes need dn ng maintenance un pero hindi gnun ka komplikado ng laptop.. balak ko pumunta sa pinagbilhan pra doon pa ayos..

Gawin mo jan for basic trouble shoot, installan mo muna ng windows 7 or windows xp. Then install mo lahat ng driver ayon sa o.s mo, then install games and try. Wag ka muna mag latest windows. Para ma check mo if driver problem or os. If ganun padin try mo tangalin yung isang ram vice versa mo pag palitin kasi minsan sa ram din problema pag ganyan.

Tangalin mo din muna battery, direct connection mo muna

Kasi if graphuc card may tama jan, magkakaron ng mga artifacts yan,bsod, hang kahit hindi kapa nag oopen ng games

naka open rin ako nyan, kung matagal na yan ay matigas na yun thermal paste ng cpu at graphics, kailangan branded thermal paste ang gamitin like thermaltake o noctua at saka kailangan palitan rin yun thermal paste (orange-red) ng mga power mosfets na nasa ilalim ng heatsink assembly. pwede rin idamay palitan yun thermal pad ng nvme ssd pero pwede gamitin yun sa katapat kung walang nakasalpak

kung bagong os at hindi recovery image/backup ay manual reinstall ng drivers na nasa acer support website
