if rooted cp mo then your using supersu, hanapin mo sa settings ng supersu ang full unroot, pero i doubt it if it will solve your problem, mas mabuti if ireinstall mo original OS (Stock ROM) niyan gaya ng sabi ni bossing Lawliet_1

gamitin niyo po si pareng Google diyan, if di mo alam ang issearch mo, tingnan mo muna Brand name and model ng cp mo, sa setting ng phone mo, sa about device, tingnan mo ang Model Number, then yun ang isearch mo, example: samsung ka and model ng phone mo is SM-G318MZ, ang hahanapin mo or issearch ky google ay SM-G318MZ STOCK ROM.. hanapin mo yung complete package na yung may flasher na,driver,then yung steps kung paano gawin.. sana makatulong, by the way need pala pc niyan if you are really planning on flashin your stock rom.
