Long time buyer ako sa shop na yan at wala naman issue so far.

Problem lang sa inter standard is hindi ka pwede pumili ng local courier at usually spx ang gamit nila sa shop na yan, which is kind of sh*t (Buti walang issue ang spx dito sa area ko but i still preferred j&t).

Yes, pwede ka mag submit ng refund request anytime with evidence eg. photo, video (Optional din ang item protection or insurance but need mo mag add-on sa total amount).

Meron din yan 1year warranty na pwede gamitin sa local official physical store ng poco.
