Ukraine lied about their neutral status and that means they are un-predictable, Russia's stand is "by taking all necessary steps to ensure global stability and predictability" so any country that becomes unpredictable needs to be acted upon because Russia ensures global predictability, pag predictable kasi means walang lies yan, kung anu ang dini-clare na status yun talaga dapat na makita as predicted

Parang na threatened si Russia nung nagpakita ng clear allegiance si Ukraine sa NATO which Russia feared the expansion of NATO along its borders at parang long time goal na ni Putin na i-balik sa kamay ng Russia ang Ukraine as a Russian state.

I don't think so kasi majority of the Russian population is against the idea of invasion and same with the inner circle ni Putin. So Putin acted solely to satisfy his ambitions even to the point of branding the Ukrainians as Neo-Nazis.
