❓ Help PLDT billing notification problem

I still get text notification saying na may outstanding balance pa ako kahit 1 month advance ako.

Isolated case kaya to or a common thing kay PLDT among many subscribers?

Normal po yan. System-generated kasi ang billing. Naka-program na yan sa system so kung advance payment ka na, magpapadala pa rin si PLDT ng bill pero "0" or negative na Total Amount Due mo....
or kung kulang naman ung advance payment mo, eh ung amount na after i-deduct ung advance payment mo sa Total bill mo, ang naklagay sa Total Amount Due.

I see.. thanks! Ang weird lang kasi may text pa silang nagsasabing dahil loyal client ako bibigyan nila ako ng extension para magbayad. lol
