If CSR can't help or fix the problem the best solution for that is to visit the nearest SMART store and have it reactivated by them on the spot. If years mo nang gamit ang kickstart sim mo mas malaki ang chance na ibalik kaagad nila ang signal mo sa store pa lang... :)
