🎓 Academic Is it allowed to repeat a year in college?

For context: I kinda lost my focus this school year, having ups and downs. From having an average of 1.5 nung first year to having INC as my average (5 INC courses to this last term be exact). I attend classes pero walang pumapasok sa utak ko (not even dozing off, nakikinig ako and I hear the discussions pero walang nangyayari.). So I thought baka burnout lang, tried to stay home for like months to rest my mind pero it made my situation worse (I know, irresponsible).

So the question: Is it allowed to repeat a year? What are my other options to make my situation easier before this school year end? I don't have the courage to approach and ask my dean and anyone in our faculties.

yes. pwede mo i-retake ang course program.

may mga tutorial sa youtube ng mga ways to improve your memory, IQ, etc. Gawin mo lang ang mas compatible sa iyo. And I suggest na gawin mong habit ang proper breathing method para sa better focus/concentration.

Allowed mag repeat. Try mo mag s-sacrifice ng ilang oras tuwing weekends or few hours everyday para mag aral. Practice mo rin active recall. Ask a friend kung may topic ka hindi na gets or utilize ᑕᕼᗩTGᑭT para iexplain sayo yung topic na nahihirapan ka.

Pinaka the best na advice na maibibigay ko sa'yo, iwasan mo magpuyat as much as possible, or bawasan pagpupuyat kasi nakakaapekto yan sa focus overtime.
