❓ Help Differences between Product Key bought on Shapee and Product Key bought as CD

Good day ma ka PHC!

Just want to ask to my fellow member regarding the title above.
May differences po ba yung nabibili sa shapee na mga Product Key of Windows 10/11 (worth around 100-200 pesos) sa nabibili na product key na CD from store like Octagon, Interpace, etc., (worth around 6K-7k).
Pa educate naman po regarding this matter. Salamat po na makakatulong.

ang alam ko yung sa shopee galing eh mga 1 machine use lang yan bale oem key kung tawagin. di sya gumagana if gamitin mo sa ibang pc whereas sa mga nakalagay sa cd eh pwede ilink sa microsoft account aka retail key and automatic mag register if ilog in mo yung microsoft mo during installation. correct me if im wrong

bali paps, kung yung sa CD pag na install mo na sa laptop mo tapos gumamit ka ng unlicensed desktop computer tapos ginamit mo yung microsoft account mo from laptop, ibig sabihin ba nung paps magiging licensed na yung desktop computer?
