may problema po ako sa pc ko. at ito ay ung admin user. kahit tama po ung password na natytype ko eh may error na "User Service Logon failed" kumbaga di po maacess ung admin user. paano ko po sya ngayon marereformat ngayong ung admin rights eh inaccessible? salamat po sa tutulong.

Sir/madam kung rereformat nyo po, wlang kaso yang password n yan. Pero di kilangan yan i format. Restart pc then press f8 simulteneously taz select repair computer taz hintayin mag open then select restore don sa time na naoopen pa pc mu. Done. Open n yan ulit.
