❓ Help Need help changing TTL values of modem/router

Hello, po. Need help regarding this. May way po ba na ma change ang TTL values ng router without häçking the device or doing firmware flashing mismo? I just want a simple TTL change sana. Bale nag change na ako ng IMEI. Ang goal ko dito is to spoof my router into another cellphone and making the ISP think it's just another cellphone. Paano gawin to mga lods? Ty mga idol.
