How much will this product cost?
- Our goal is that the deposit covers the full price of the product (excluding taxes, shipping and fees).
How long will the aerly adopter window last?
- The Early Adopter Window $500 special pricing is open to everyone. We will be communicating the close of the window via the Solana Mobile twitter at least 48 hours in advance.
Is my deposit refundable?
- Generally, customers are not entitled to a refund of the deposit. However, if Solana Mobile determines not to move forward with the product, customers will be refunded. If the product ships, there will be a return policy associated with the product and refunds will be subject to that return policy.
Is Chapter 2 a phone?
- This product will further what we set out to do with the Solana Mobile Saga – which was to make crypto products and services more accessible to the public by putting Web3 securely in the palms of their hands. Our focus right now remains on gauging demand. We’ll be communicating additional details and developments via the Solana Mobile twitter and website.
Will this new product be eligible for a saga gensis token?
- The Saga genesis token - the non-transferrable NFT that came with each Saga device - helped create an unparalleled and community-based distribution channel, enabling one-of-a kind claim experiences along with the Solana dApp Store. While the Saga genesis token is only available on the original Saga devices, there was incredible appetite to reach users using this mechanism. We are looking forward to building on this experience in chapter 2.
What if you don’t meet your pre order target?
- We have met our overall preorder target of 100,000 and will be moving forward with Chapter 2! Stay tuned for details on which countries we will be able to ship to.
When will this product ship?
- We are expecting this product will ship in the first half of 2025. This date is an estimate, and is subject to change. At the time of shipping, we will collect your shipping address and you will be responsible for taxes, shipping and fees.
Where will the product be available?
- We are targeting availability in as many markets as possible. Once we get a sense of demand, we will communicate which countries this product will be available in. In the event that we do not get enough preorders in your market and/or the product is not made available to you, you will receive a refund of your deposit.
How many can I order?
- We have a limit of 1 per person and 5 per household. You can use the same wallet address, name, e-mail, phone number, and billing information to place up to 5 orders. Solana Mobile reserves the right to cancel orders in excess of 5.
Can I change my information once I have placed an order?
- We will be collecting updated billing and shipping information at the time of shipping. We are no longer accepting wallet changes.
