Changed IMEI, MAC address, etc and throttling went away. From 20-30mbps on router now 60mbps in LTE. 5G not yet tested due to antenna being damaged by stupid neigh or and having to make do with my old LTE antenna. Here are the results:

Also changed my IMEI and MAC address to that of my phone. Amazing how a little configuration works wonders!

you need ssh access sa router to change ttl. Some router may option to force ttl to your preferred value. in my case, i have OpenWRT and just used iptables to change ttl

try mo sa fast walang kasing trottle dyan malapit lang din ako dyan paps sakin nga umaabot nang 100mbps pero sa fast yan nasa 5 to 3 mbps
