👨‍🏫 Tutorial Proton VPN tricks

If you're just like me, a free user of Proton VPN and annoyed by always clicking "quick connect" and waiting for it to connect to the server.
Just follow these instructions so that every time you open your laptop or PC you will automatically connected to Proton VPN.


-Go to task manager.
-On the services tab right-click any of the services listed.
-Click "Open Services".
-On the services, find "ProtonVPN Wireguard".
-Right-click then "Properties"
-Then change the startup type to "Automatic".
-Apply then OK.

It will automatically connect every time you open your laptop or PC.
If you want to change it back, just change the startup type to "Manual".

*additional - your proton VPN RAM usage will reduce since you don't have a proton VPN GUI that is running.

-I'm open to any corrections or any violent reactions.
