Sir Master Korin , nkalimutan kopo kasi yung account kopo ksi want kopo palitan yung password so inask kopo yung Converge Fiber Agent what to do and it recommended me to hard reset the modem pra daw po bumalik sa dati so after doing it, nwala n ung internet, hndi n umiilaw bukod po sa PWR, PON, and 2.4G. pede pong pa help?
