Mga boss bakit kaya hindi ako makapag register sa online portal. Ito lang po yung yung reason.

This error message you get means that your current membership status with SSS is still "Prior Registrant" with zero (0) contribution/s.

Your membership status should have automatically changed to "Employed" if your employer correctly and properly reported/remitted your contributions to SSS.

Request a copy of the necessary document from your employer reflecting your ρáíd/remitted contribution/s and bring that as proof to SSS office so that they could rectify and update your membership status in their system.

I don't exactly know the particular form number but your HR must know this since it's their responsibility to submit such forms to the SSS and they should have a record or file on this.
