4G+ kahit may 5g sa area

gamit ka telephony BandMode
To access BandMode on an Android device, you can:
  1. Dial ##4636##
  2. Select Phone Information
  3. Click Menu
  4. Select Select Radio Band
You can also change your band mode by going to Settings, then SIM & Network, then SIM1/2, then Access Point Names, then APN Settings, then Bearer, and finally LTE.

You can see what band your phone is using by going to Settings, then About Phone, then Status, then SIM Status, and looking for Cellular Network Type.

On an Android phone, you can also open the side menu by selecting the three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner, then choose Band Selection. This will show a list of all supported bands on your phone, including LTE and 5G.

Cell phones typically operate using radio frequencies within the RF spectrum, between 600 MHz and 39 GHz.
