Muse The Resistance 24-bit/96 kHz

CHRONIC

Released in September 2009, The Resistance was recorded in November 2008 in Matthew Bellamy's studio on the shores of Lake Como, Italy. Muse's fifth album has increased ambitions, with an orchestra accompanying some pieces containing important classical influences. Exogenesis, the three-part composition, for example, is similar to a real symphony. On the guitar side, the solos are as bodybuilt as possible without ever sinking into the ridiculous. Therein lies the strength of The Resistance: to be grandiose but not grandiloquent! And the public is more than present since only one month after the release of the record, Muse announces that it has sold one and a half million albums!
